JIMMY COX
Jimmy Cox and his wife, RoxAnne, have been missionaries with SIM (Serving In Mission) since 1986. They served in Africa for 23 years, in Ethiopia, Kenya, and South Sudan. Jimmy is a pastor and also has a civil engineering degree. In Africa, he did water development work alongside evangelism, disciple-making, and church planting. Jimmy teaches Bible and missions in the ACTS-SIM missionary training course. He obtained a Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults through the University of Cambridge. He and RoxAnne are committed to helping believers who are called to cross-cultural ministry fulfill their calling

RoxAnne Cox came to Korea in 2012 with her husband, Jimmy, after serving in Africa for 23 years with SIM (Serving In Mission). Their ministry in Ethiopia, Kenya, and South Sudan included teaching and evangelism, particularly focusing on bringing the gospel to unreached people groups. RoxAnne teaches in the English missionary training program, which is a joint program of ACTS and SIM. She received her certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language through Columbia International University (USA). MERYL ASHWORTH
Meryl Ashworth worked in Ethiopia with SIM (Serving In Mission) from 1996 to 2011, teaching English and church development in urban Bible Schools and remote private schools. She has also had extensive children and youth ministry. Initially a trained elementary school teacher, she received her missiology qualifications through the 'Bible College of New Zealand' (now called 'Laidlaw College') and her certification in 'Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages/CELTA' (Cambridge) through Languages International in New Zealand. Like the Coxes, she is committed to helping believers spread the gospel cross-culturally.
