Please find the Graduation ceremony schedule
 
Event  : ACTS/AIGS Graduation Ceremony
Date    : 16th Feb 2015 (Monday)
Time   : 11:30 – 4:00pm
 
S. No Particular Time Venue
1 School Bus 10:30am Gangbyeong                                        (this bus is to School and free of charge)
2 Shuttle Bus Starts from 11:30 From Asin to School
3 Graduation Guan Renting 11:30-12:30 #302 Mission Building               And every student should deposit 10,000 and this money will be returned after the submission of Guan
4 Orientation and Rehearsal  12:30-1:50 New Chapel
5 GRADUATION CEREMONY 2:00-3:30 NEW CHAPEL
6 Group Pics 3:30-4:00 New Chapel
 
 
* There are some Rooms assigned at the 2nd or 3rd floor of the mission building, for the guests who comes earlier than the prescribed time.
 
* AIGS is required to present the special song and all the students are to wear the cultural dress.
 
* 21 AIGS student representatives of their respected country are to march with the faculty and the president on the ceremony. So students are requested to be at AIGS office 12:20pm
