내용

Students who have issues with the grade received for the particular course and wish to adjudicate the grade (with the condition of meeting the eligibility criteria) are to fill up this form and submit to the respected professor of the course directly.
 
 
Eligibilities to apply for the Adjudication of the Course:
 
1. Course which has the grade of C0 and below
2. Course which didn’t obtain the grade as the student didn’t meet the requirements       of the course
3. Students who got the grade due to the over absences in the course CANNOT apply
 
Procedure to apply:
 
1. Students should fill the form (find the attached file) and submit DIRECTLY to the     respected professors
2.  Student MUST give the REASON, without which the application will be invalid.  
3. And the professor will submit the results of submitted application to the AIGS             Registrar office
4. And the AIGS Registrar office will communicate with the Student
 
 Due Dates to apply:

 From 7 July 2014 to 11 July 2014
