Application Form

Required Documents

  • Application Form (*Form of ACTS)
  • Official high school graduation certification, Certificate of high school courses
    (by the governmental agencies or national accredited agencies)
  • Copy of passport or official ID translated and notarized
  • Issued by the government showing the relationship between the applicant and the parents
    *2), 3), 4) If not in English, submit English translated and notarized
  • Certificates of acquisition of foreign nationality
    (Only in the case of acquisition of foreign nationality)
  • Language Score Documents
    - Korean Course: TOPIK Grade 2 or better
    - English Course: TOEFL(iBT) 71, IELTS 5.5 or better
  • Study Plan (Korean/English)
  • Bank Balance Statement

    - Fill out the application form through Google Form
    - Scan the submission documents and send them to admission@acts.ac.kr

    Submit supplementary documents if necessary during the document review period

    Admission Announcement
    - Original submission documents sent by mail

    Issuance of standard admission permit
    - Visa issuance process
  • STEP 07
    Preparing for the new semester in 2026
    - Buying airline tickets and entering the country
  • STEP 08
    Opening on Friday, March 6, 2026
    - Attend the entrance ceremony of our school
  • Once your application is complete, scan all required documents and send them to admission@acts.ac.kr.
    If you are finally accepted, you must immediately mail the original documents to the office. (After sending, submit the invoice number via email.)
    If the original documents are not submitted within one week of the final notification of acceptance, you will be disqualified.
  • When submitting your application, please be sure to include an email address and mobile phone number where you can be reached.
    If you contact the above contact number to submit additional documents or make inquiries, but do not receive a response, you will be disqualified.

Scholarship

Entrance Scholarship

- 100% scholarship for the first semester (entrance fee of 500,000 KRW)
- If you have a TOPIK score of level 4 or higher upon admission, your tuition fee will be reduced.

2nd semester scholarship

- 50% tuition reduction

3-8 semester academic scholarship

Scholarship ratio
1st place in each course/grade 100%
2nd place in each course/grade 80%
3rd place in each course/grade 70%
GPA 4.0 or higher 50%
GPA 3.5-3.99 40%
GPA 3.49-3.00 30%

Current Student TOPIK Scholarship: 500,000 KRW

- Awarded to those who achieve a higher level of TOPIK during their period of study. 1 time each
